We have a first-versus-worst matchup in the AFC North this week, with the No. 1 Pittsburgh Steelers taking on the No. 4 ranked Cincinnati Bengals. If both teams were healthy we could expect a lopsided game, but Ben Roethlisberger's status is up in the air, making things more interesting.

With that in mind, here's some start 'em, sit 'em fantasy football advice for the matchup.

Start Diontae Johnson, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers: Even if it's the abysmal Mason Rudolph starting at QB for the Steelers, Diontae Johnson is a must-start every week. He has racked up double-digit targets in four of the five games in which he has played at least 75% of the team's offensive snaps. In those double-digit target games he's averaging 7.25 receptions for 76.5 yards per game.

Start Giovani Bernard, RB, Cincinnati Bengals: Joe Mixon's injury status isn't looking good, meaning we could get another Gio Bernard start this week. Even against an elite Pittsburgh Steelers defense, that puts Bernard firmly in play. He's averaged 18.5 opportunities (14.0 carries plus 4.5 targets) per game in two starts without Mixon, and that volume is enough to put him in play in any matchup — especially in PPR leagues.

Sit Chase Claypool, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers: When Johnson is healthy, Claypool is the team's WR3, and that's not a good spot for fantasy production this week. If Roethlisberger plays, this will likely be a blowout (Steelers are 6.5-point favorites on FanDuel Sportsbook even with the uncertainty). That means a likely run-heavy game flow. If Big Ben doesn't play, Mason Rudolph can't support three fantasy-relevant WRs.

Sit A.J. Green, WR, Cincinnati Bengals: A.J. Green did have a couple of big games lately, but he fell back off with 5 targets and 2 receptions heading into the Bengals' bye. That gives him 5 targets or fewer in three of his last five games, also failing to notch even 20 yards in any of those three contests. A matchup with the Steelers (No. 3 in Football Outsiders' pass defense DVOA metric) isn't a good spot to bounce back.
