If the Reds haven't signed this youngster to a contract already, what in the world are they waiting for? Right before a Cincy game, a young boy was given the honor of tossing out the first pitch. But, like a true boss, the little guy refused to showcase his cannon for an arm unless he was on the hill.

Could this be any more adorable? No one in the stadium gave a darn his pitch only went about three feet and didn't come close to the plate. He won the day.

The Reds are currently six games under .500 and in fourth place in the NL Central standings. With another postseason-less campaign on the way, it's clear this club is missing leadership and fortitude. Get this kid on the roster ASAP and see if he can change things.
