It's rare in this day and age for NFL players to spend their entire career with one team, but that's exactly what Aaron Rodgers and David Bakhtiari have done. The Green Bay Packers duo has played together ever since Bakhtiari was a fourth-round pick in 2013, forging an incredible quarterback-tackle bond along the way.

The pair's relationship was on full display on Friday, which just so happened to be Bakhtiari's 31st birthday. Rodgers gave his tackle quite the unique surprise by getting a group of Lambeau Field tourists to sing "Happy Birthday" to the veteran offense lineman.

The sing-a-long surprise is something that everyone involved won't forget. Not only was it a priceless gift for Bakhtiari, but chances are the fans didn't expect to see the Packers icons when they started the tour in the first place.

Bakhtiari has protected Rodgers in 104 of the 209 starts that the four-time NFL MVP has made in his career. It isn't hard to see how much better plays when the three-time Pro-Bowler is present, racking up 27,360 passing yards and 216 touchdowns to 40 interceptions.

Furthermore, Rodgers has been sacked 2.2 times per start with Bakhtiari compared to the 2.6 times without him. It's a small difference at first, but the extra protection makes a world of difference.

Unfortunately, Bakhtiari has dealt with a slew of injuries that have held him to just two games played over the last two seasons. He did make his 2022 debut in Week 3, however, he only played 35 snaps due to his being on a snap count until the Green Bay coaching staff has more faith in his health.

The good news is that Bakhtiari did practice on his birthday, trending in the right direction to face the New England Patriots in Week 4. Hopefully, Rodgers' surprise gift motivates Bakhtiari, even more, to stay healthy for the rest of the season.
