Tyler Boyd Hypes Up Bengals-Chiefs Rivalry Ahead of Week 13

The Cincinnati Bengals notched a third consecutive victory on Sunday, pulling into a tie with the Baltimore Ravens for first place in the AFC North. They have a tall task ahead of them in Week 13, however, as they prepare for a critical clash against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Kansas City may be the No. 1 seed in the AFC at 9-2, but Cincinnati is still the defending AFC champion. The Bengals beat the Chiefs in last year's AFC Championship Game and are looking to win the rematch, which Cincy wide receiver Tyler Boyd was quick to hype up on Monday.
Bengals-Chiefs Rivalry
Tyler Boyd on Bengals-Chiefs becoming a rivalry: “It goes back to the quarterback thing. I look at it like Manning vs Brady.”

Boyd gave very high praise to the two quarterbacks involved in this matchup. When asked about the blossoming rivalry between Kansas City and Cincinnati, Boyd compared Patrick Mahomes and Joe Burrow to Peyton Manning and Tom Brady.
Brady and Manning were bitter rivals before Manning hung up his spikes, dueling 17 different times in the regular season and playoffs throughout their illustrious careers. Clearly the two best quarterbacks of their generation, the legendary duo seemed to produce a classic game every time they squared off.
So far, the Burrow-Mahomes rivalry is off to a great start. Both of their matchups have been decided by a field goal in Cincy's favor, setting up what should be another entertaining battle in Week 13. The Chiefs are currently listed as 2.5-point road favorites on FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds.
