Kelce had been limited at practice earlier this week, but it's no surprise to see him active after he was back at practice on Friday.
Being active locks Kelce in as Sunday's top fantasy football tight end. He was tied with George Kittle for first at the position with 15.9 PPR fantasy points per game in the regular season, and Kelce led the position overall with 254.3.
Checking in as the NFL's seventh-worst pass defense by Football Outsiders' DVOA metric, the Texans also gave up the 10th-most PPR fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends on the year.
