The two top scoring kickers in fantasy football last week (Evan McPherson and Jake Elliott) are both rostered in less than 10% of Yahoo! fantasy football leagues.
Kicker is one of the most high-variance positions in fantasy football, and their production tends to be more about the offense they're tied to and their weekly matchup than any sort of individual skill. That makes it the perfect position to stream in fantasy football.
With that in mind, here are our top fantasy football streaming kickers for Week 12.
Streaming Kickers Fantasy Football Week 12
3. Jake Elliott, Philadelphia Eagles (at NYG)
As mentioned in the intro, Jake Elliott went off in Week 11, notching 18 fantasy points. He also scored 14 in Week 10, 6 in Week 9 and 14 in Week 8. He's on an absolute tear, and isn't likely to cool off much against a New York Giants team that has let opponents score on 42.5% of their drives (eighth-highest in the NFL).
2. Dustin Hopkins, Los Angeles Chargers (at DEN)
Dustin Hopkins just had his biggest game since joining the Los Angeles Chargers, scoring 11 fantasy points in Week 11. He's now hit 2 field goals in three straight games, also attempting 9 extra points in that stretch. Week 12 isn't a promising one for offenses, but the Los Angeles Chargers sit as 2.5-point favorites in a game with a 47-point over/under, giving them a respectable 24.75-point implied total on FanDuel Sportsbook.
1. Robbie Gould, San Francisco 49ers (vs MIN)
One of the few teams with a higher implied total than the Chargers, the San Francisco 49ers have a 25.75-point implied total against the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikes have allowed scores on 39.3% of opponents' drives this year, allowing the sixth-most fantasy points per game to opposing kickers. Two of Robbie Gould's three highest single-game fantasy scores of the season have come in the last two weeks, and he should be in for another strong showing here.
