Defenses are sometimes left as an afterthought in fantasy football, but Week 7 served as another reminder as to just how important they can be. Anyone who got 26 points from the Kansas City Chiefs D/ST on Sunday can attest to that.

Their 24.5% pressure rate ranks No. 6 in the NFL, and Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills have looked incredibly pedestrian over the last few weeks, culminating with an 18-point showing against the lowly New York Jets in Week 7.
