The Kansas City Chiefs defense has gone from historically bad to dominant in the blink of an eye. KC has held opponents under 20 points in six consecutive games, and the Chiefs haven't given up double-digit points in three straight weeks. Even so, it'll be tough to trust this group against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 15, as there are a ton of groups with much more favorable matchups.

Fantasy Football Playoffs Advice

If you need help breaking down the rest of the week's matchups, here are our top-12 fantasy football defense rankings for Week 15.

Fantasy Football Defense Rankings Week 14

12. Los Angeles Rams (vs SEA)

11. Cincinnati Bengals (at DEN)

10. Indianapolis Colts (vs NE)

9. San Francisco 49ers (vs ATL)

The San Francisco 49ers' defense has been playing some pretty solid football lately, holding opponents to 23 points or fewer in three of their last five outings. The Atlanta Falcons' offense is trending in the opposite direction, scoring 21 points or fewer in four of their last five. Led by Nick Bosa, SF has racked up the seventh-most sacks in the league. They should be able to get home against an Atlanta OL that ranks bottom-eight in ProFootballFocus' pass blocking grades.

8. New England Patriots (at IND)

7. Philadelphia Eagles (vs WAS)

6. Green Bay Packers (at BAL)

5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (vs NO)

4. Dallas Cowboys (at NYG)

3. Miami Dolphins (vs NYJ)

The Miami Dolphins have delivered a top-10 performance in each of their last two games, including a No. 1 finish in Week 12. Now, they get to face off with Zach Wilson and the New York Jets. Wilson has recorded at least 1 turnover in seven of his nine starts this season, and he's taking an average of 3.1 sacks per game. That should be a problem against Miami. The Dolphins own the league's sixth-best pressure rate (26.5%) and have recorded 14 sacks across their last four games. Expect Miami to rack up sacks and turnovers en route to a big game.

2. Arizona Cardinals (at DET)

1. Buffalo Bills (vs CAR)

The Buffalo Bills have to be the top play here. They're the fourth-highest scoring defense in fantasy on the year and now get to matchup with Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers. That should be a recipe for a huge day. Newton has thrown 3 interceptions and put the ball on the ground twice over his last two starts, even getting benched for PJ Walker briefly. Now facing the league's best pass defense by DVOA, Buffalo should be in for a huge fantasy performance.
