The Dallas Stars and St. Louis Blues have battled through the first six games of this second-round series to give us yet another Game 7 showdown in this year's NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs. The Blues are currently -135 moneyline favorites at home, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

As it's always smart to hear what those in the industry have to say before placing a bet, here are some expert predictions for Tuesday night's Game 7.

Stars vs Blues Predictions for Game 7

Sports Interaction

David Bastl, of Sports Interaction, predicts the Stars will come out on top, 3-1, in Game 7. Bastl believes the Stars have actually been playing better hockey away from home lately, going 4-2 in road games this postseason. As a result, Bastl thinks the Stars will pull of the upset on the road.

Doc's Sports

Guy Bruhn, of Doc's Sports, predicts the Blues will defend home ice and beat the Stars in Game 7. Bruhn attributes much of his prediction to St. Louis' ability to score and defend power-play opportunities, along with the Blues' overall defense.

Phil Naessens, of StatSalt, predicts the Stars will defeat the Blues in Tuesday's Game 7. Similar to Bastl's reasoning, Naessens argues the Stars' elevated performances on the road this postseason could give Dallas the edge here.

Overall, two of the three experts we highlighted here are backing the Stars to win outright, while Doc's Sports is rolling with the Blues to win Game 7.
