The 2019 NBA offseason has been one for the ages. News about it was unavoidable, really, as Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, Kawhi Leonard, Klay Thompson, D'Angelo Russell, Kemba Walker and Jimmy Butler were all on the list of available free agents.

Looking towards the future, it appears the NBA could be in for a similarly enthralling summer in 2021, after details of both Kawhi Leonard's and Paul George's contracts came out.

Both Leonard and George could be available in free agency in 2021. They join a class that could also include: LeBron James, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Chris Paul, Bradley Beal, Rudy Gobert, Victor Oladipo, Gordon Hayward, Mike Conley, CJ McCollum, DeMar DeRozan and Jayson Tatum just to name a few.

There's still time between now and summer 2021 for teams to figure out their needs and for some of these players to sign extensions. The fact of the matter is that there will be multiple avenues for teams to explore as ways to improve their rosters.

The Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers and Milwaukee Bucks are the top-three favorites to win next year's NBA title, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, and they look poised to compete at a high level for the next few seasons.

However, there's no telling what the league will look like after that, as it's clear the NBA is in for another massive shake-up in 2021.
