Why is the Patriots 3rd-Round Pick Forfeited?

The Patriots were forced to forfeit their third-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft due to an incident in 2019. Part of of the team's television crew filmed the field and sideline during a 2019 season game between the Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns, which is against league rules. The Patriots were then fined $1.1 million and docked their third-round pick in the upcoming draft (2021) during the 2020 offseason.
