The Chicago Bears are flying high after they defeated the Carolina Panthers 23-16 on Sunday to move to 5-1 on the season and into first place in the NFC North.

In the midst of the excitement, quarterback Nick Foles gave a shoutout to rapper Meek Mills following the game and explained how he helped hype the team up.

Meek Mill's song "Dreams and Nightmares" was the anthem during the Philadelphia Eagles' championship run in 2017, when Foles took home Super Bowl MVP honors. It seems like the song still brings back those fond memories to this day.

The usual calm and collected Foles admitted he does not listen to that kind of music often and is more into genres such as country and Christian rap, but said when Meek comes on "I get rolling". The song was played as part of the Club Dub celebration in the locker room and it seems to have gone over pretty well.

Foles has stated how confident he is in what the Bears are doing right now and that is exactly why the team traded for him during the offseason as he has instilled a winning attitude in the locker room. Look out, the Bears do not look to be slowing down anytime soon.
