NBA DFS 11/17/2021

Without further ado, here are three players to target and two to avoid in Monday, 11/17, NBA DFS action.

FanDuel Picks Tonight NBA - 11/17

Giannis Antetokounmpo Fantasy

Target Giannis Antetokounmpo, PF, Milwaukee Bucks ($11,400): Giannis Antetokounmpo should feast on Wednesday. He's shouldered the load for Milwaukee to begin the year, averaging 26.5 points, 11.3 rebounds and 6.0 assists per game. Now he draws a Los Angeles Lakers team that's struggled without lynchpin LeBron James. The Lakers are giving up the fourth-most points per game and fifth-most rebounds, setting up the two-time MVP for a monster night.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Fantasy

Target Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, SG/PG, Oklahoma City Thunder ($7,900): Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has a golden bounce-back opportunity tonight. Houston gives up the third-most PPG, so SGA should thrive as a scorer and distributor. The Rockets also play at the league's fastest pace, meaning plenty of possessions and rebounding chances for Gilgeous-Alexander. He could boom in this very favorable matchup between two bad teams.

Talen Horton-Tucker Fantasy

Target Talen Horton-Tucker Holiday, SG/SF, Los Angeles Lakers ($5,200): The Lakers have let Talen Horton-Tucker loose with several injuries impacting the roster. THT has averaged a whopping 16.5 field goal attempts over his first two games, converting them at a 48.5% clip with 35.7% shooting from deep. He's put up at least 27 FanDuel fantasy points in both contests so far, including 40.2 last outing. He could be a serious steal at this price given his inflated usage right now.

Chris Paul Fantasy

Avoid Chris Paul, PG, Phoenix Suns ($8,900): Chris Paul might not get enough burn on Wednesday to justify his price tag. The Phoenix Suns are big 8.5-point favorites on FanDuel Sportsbook against the Dallas Mavericks with Luka Doncic officially out. This Mavs team is completely different without their superstar, and it's easy to see this supporting cast struggling against a Suns defense that boasts the league's fourth-best defensive rating. CP3 is worth avoiding given the potential of an early night off.

Julius Randle Fantasy

Avoid Julius Randle, PF/C, New York Knicks ($8,600): Julius Randle's production has fallen off of a cliff in recent games. He's failed to record even 30 FanDuel fantasy points in each of his last three games, averaging just 12.3 points, 8.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists. Randle has also racked up 12 turnovers in that span as well. He's not someone to seriously consider until he snaps out of his funk.
