NBA DFS 10/26/2021
Without further ado, here are three players to target and two to avoid in Tuesday, 10/26, NBA DFS action.
FanDuel Picks Tonight NBA - 10/26
Seth Curry Fantasy
Target Seth Curry, SG, Philadelphia 76ers ($5,500): It's no secret that Seth Curry has gotten off to a hot start this season. The sharpshooter is hitting threes at staggering 76.5% rate on 5.6 attempts per game. Without point guard Ben Simmons on the court, Curry is handling the ball a lot more and it has led to him scoring just under 30 FanDuel DFS points per contest. Keep in mind that the New York Knicks are giving up the second-most three point attempts to opposing offenses. This is a matchup Curry can exploit and he has a lot of value given his low price tag.
Christian Wood Fantasy
Target Christian Wood, C, Houston Rockets ($8,400): Houston has been working through their big man Christian Wood early on this season. The 26-year-old is averaging a double-double putting up 22.3 points and 10.7 rebounds a night. More importantly, Wood is averaging 33.7 minutes played per game this year, which is the highest mark of his career. Both Houston as well as the Dallas Mavericks have been playing at a top-11 pace in the NBA. That gives Wood a lot of possessions to produce in the paint and keep his 43 FanDuel NBA DFS points per game average going strong.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Fantasy
Target Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, PG, Oklahoma City Thunder ($7,100): Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is coming off his best game of the season in which he racked up 29 points, 8 assists and 6 rebounds against the Philadelphia 76ers. The kid leads Oklahoma City with a 28.4% usage rate and now gets to face a Golden State Warriors team that plays at the second-fastest rate in the NBA so far. This game has shootout written all over it, with the highest over/under on the slate, if the Thunder can find a way to keep it close. Gilgeous-Alexander is starting to heat up, which means having him in the lineup before his price gets too high is crucial.
Mitchell Robinson Fantasy
Avoid Mitchell Robinson, C, New York Knicks ($6,500): Mitchell Robinson is starting to play more and more on this Knicks team, but runs into a tough matchup on Tuesday night. He is set to face a Philadelphia 76ers team that is allowing just 43.3 points in the paint per game (T-No. 7 in NBA). Joel Embiid has been a force on the defensive side of the able to start the season, which leaves little room for Robinson to have a big performance. While Robinson has been an efficient shooter this season, he is only averaging 5 shots per game. That is not enough volume to overcome a difficult draw.
Mike Conley Fantasy
Avoid Mike Conley, PG, Utah Jazz ($6,300): It hasn't been the best start to the NBA season for veteran point guard Mike Conley. The veteran has shot 9 for 24 and has dished out just 7 assists through two games played. He is becoming a second option on a team that centers around young star Donovan Mitchell. Denver is giving up the fifth-fewest points per game in the NBA to go along with an average of just 17.0 free throw attempts allowed (No. 5 in NBA). This doesn't project to be a high-scoring affair and it would be best to avoid Conley on the DFS market tonight.
