Le'Veon Bell Shares High Praise for Sam Darnold Entering the 2020 Season

Le'Veon Bell had a rough first year with the Jets in 2019. Quarterback Sam Darnold's 2019 didn't go the best either, but then again that was pretty much the story for the entire franchise last season.

However, as we head into 2020, things seem to be on a more positive note for the Jets. With an improved offensive line and Le'Veon Bell reportedly in fantastic shape, the star running back is throwing big-time praise at his quarterback.

Bell says Darnold is “a lot more comfortable” this year. He’s a lot more “stern” with guys and is holding players accountable.

That is exactly what you want to hear both about your young quarterback, and what you like to hear coming form your star running back.

While the Jets certainly have their fair share of holes, if Darnold and Bell can turn into two of their best seasons behind the much-improved offensive line then Jets fans could be in for a pleasant surprise in 2020.
