The Kansas City Chiefs have finally won the Super Bowl. However, it's much tougher to stay on top than it is to get there, so Andy Reid and company will face plenty of pressure this season, with all eyes on them.

From top to bottom, the Chiefs have a solid team that looks like it is set to contend yet again, but there are a couple areas in their starting lineup that could be a bit shaky. These are the three Chiefs most in danger of losing their starting jobs this season.

1. Anthony Hitchens, LB

Anthony Hitchens has put together a good, but not great, six-year career in the NFL. He has been slotted into the starting lineup for the Chiefs the past two seasons, but he will be pushed for his starting spot in the preseason. Kansas City was able to draft Willie Gay Jr. in the second round. He dropped because of some off-field issues, so he could be an absolute steal for the Chiefs, if he keeps his head on straight.

2. Tyler Newsome, P

In order to save money, the Chiefs cut long-time staring punter Dustin Colquitt. Kansas City then signed Tyler Newsome to a one-year deal, but it's undrafted rookie Tommy Townsend who the Chiefs seem to like. They talked with him a lot before the draft, and Townsend ultimately chose them over other teams calling on his talents. This will be a true competition in training camp, and you can really spin this one either way — whichever one of the two holds the starting job at the start of camp could easily lose it by the end.

3. Juan Thornhill, S

Juan Thornhill has the 16-game starter for the Chiefs last season, but tore his ACL in Week 17. While the rookie was impressive, who knows if he will be ready for Week 1 and, if he is, how will he look coming back so quickly? It's a situation for Chiefs fans to monitor, as they try to balance a speedy recovery with the risks of re-injury. There's no doubt that Thornhill is a full-time starter when he's healthy, but if KC takes a cautious approach, he may not have his starting job back right from the start of the year.
