The Baltimore Ravens finally welcomed J.K. Dobbins back to the lineup in Week 14 after he missed the last six games following knee surgery. The running back wasted no time in his return, racking up over 100 yards in a 16-14 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.

It turns out Dobbins got emotional during the contest, according to teammate Calais Campbell.

Campbell told reporters Dobbins was "damn near in tears" on Sunday during his performance. Dobbins also made it known to the team had he wanted the ball in his hands, showing how eager he was to contribute.

It was hard for Baltimore to ignore Dobbins' request considering how he played against Pittsburgh. The talented RB ran all over the Steelers' defense, recording a season-high 120 rushing yards and 1 touchdown, including a 44-yard scamper that set up his score in the first quarter.

Dobbins looking back to his normal self is a massive development for the Ravens, who have waited for someone to take clear control in this backfield. The run game will be especially important as long as Lamar Jackson is sidelined, so hopefully Dobbins' Week 14 explosion is a sign of things to come.
