The Cleveland Indians and Chicago White Sox close out a two-game set this afternoon, with the Tribe coming in as -174 favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

As it's always smart to hear what those in the industry have to say before placing a bet, here are some expert predictions for Tuesday afternoon's game.

Indians vs White Sox Predictions

Winner and Whiners

Chris Altruda, of Winner and Whiners, likes the Indians, pointing to the pitching matchup as the reason he's taking the game with the 1.5-run spread (-115). Altruda backs his pick with stats, including Indians' starter Carlos Carrasco's 4-1 record and 1.02 ERA in his last five appearances at the White Sox and that Cleveland is 8-0 in Carrasco’s last eight starts versus the South Siders.

Anthony Rome, of, is also taking the Indians with the spread. Rome mentions the Indians' perfect 8-0 record in Carrasco’s last eight starts against the White Sox as well.

Bleacher Bookie

Bleacher Bookie predicts an Indians' win, but is simply picking the game straight up. The pitching matchup seems to be a mismatch this afternoon.

It's a clean sweep, with all three experts taking the Indians to win, two with the 1.5-run spread.
