If you're at or below .500 heading into Week 5, it may be time to shake up your roster. There's no better way to do that than making a big trade or two.

Fantasy Football Buy Low, Sell High

Here are the best buy-low, sell-high candidates to target in trades this week.

Fantasy Football Trade Targets

3. Buy: Javonte Williams, RB, Denver Broncos

It's only a matter of time until Javonte Williams takes over this backfield. The rookie is clearly more explosive than Melvin Gordon, owning the league's second-best breakaway percentage among all qualified RBs (38.9%) compared to Gordon (24.7%; No. 22). Williams also leads Gordon in yards after contact per attempt, averaging 3.15 (No. 16) compared to Gordon's 2.77 (No. 29). He's even generated more runs of 10-plus yards despite seeing fewer carries than Gordon thus far. It feels like a question of when, not if, Williams will become the lead back. Go out and get him before Denver makes that choice. He'll also face the Las Vegas Raiders' bottom-five run defense by DVOA this week, so his value could be significantly higher this time next week.

2. Sell: Damien Williams, RB, Chicago Bears

Damien Williams was the top waiver-wire add of last Week because he was set to take over the coveted David Montgomery role. But in Montgomery's first game on the sidelines, the Chicago Bears used more of a platoon approach. Williams saw 48% of the snaps, but Khalil Herbert actually led the team with a 53% rate. Williams salvaged his fantasy day with a touchdown, though, so now feels like a good time to sell high on the Bears' back.

1. Buy: A.J. Brown, WR, Tennessee Titans

This is not A.J. Brown's first time on this list in 2021. He has yet to deliver, but we're going back to the well here. Brown is simply too talented to be producing at such a low rate. He has yet to reach 50 yards in any game this season and already missed Week 4 due to injury. Brown made his way back in Week 5, catching 3-of-6 targets for 38 yards. Once he gets healthy, there will be better days ahead. He faces the vaunted Buffalo Bills defense in Week 6, but then has back-to-back get-right spots against the Kansas City Chiefs and Indianapolis Colts in Week 7 and 8, respectively. Those feel like blow-up spots for the 24-year-old. Go get him before it's too late.
