1. Barrage and Ghost Giant, Race 5

Race 5 is a Starter Allowance for older horses at 1 1/16 miles on the turf. The numberFire data projects Barrage (4/1) to win ahead of Ghost Giant (12/1) and Nantacket Beach (6/1).

Barrage is a son of War Dancer who has posted a pair of triple-digit speed figures over his last five races including hitting the board the last two.

2. Diamond Cool and Fifty One Fifty, Race 6

Race 6 is a Maiden Special Weight for state-breds going 7 furlongs. The numberFire data projects form to hold with the favorite Fifty One Fifty (3/1) winning with top jockey Irad Ortiz, Jr. riding. Adios Papa Chico (4/1) and Diamond Cool (5/1) with leading jockey Jose Ortiz riding are expected to hit the board.

Fifty One Fifty is an off the pace runner who has three runner-up finishes in five starts, all at Gulfstream, including last race in December. Diamond Cool likes to run near the lead and has hit the board twice in four starts. According to betting news data, Diamond Cool has the best chance to win (26%) and a 51% chance to finish top-2.

3. Mouillage, Race 7

Race 7 is an Allowance race for older horses at 1 mile on the turf. Mouillage (8/5) is the heavy favorite and top pick according to numberFire. He's ridden by the meets top jockey with 20 wins in 89 starts, Irad Ortiz, Jr. for leading trainer Chad Brown. English Bee (4/1) is the top challenger.

Mouillage is a proven horse racing overseas who makes his fourth U.S. start and drops down in class of a pair of Grade 3 race. English Bee has run in five straight graded stakes but hasn't won a race since 2021.
