Eagles Get Great News With Miles Sanders Injury Update

The 2020 season certainly hasn't played out the way the Philadelphia Eagles had hoped, but things could be looking up. They've been plagued by injuries all year, but on Thursday they saw plenty of players return to action.
One of the most important names on that list is running back Miles Sanders.
Eagles injury update: Lane Johnson, Miles Sanders, Alshon Jeffery, Malik Jackson, Jack Driscoll, Isaac Seumalo and Cre’Von LeBlanc are all practicing again today.

Craig James is not practicing.
Injuries have limited Sanders to five games (only four full ones) in 2020, but he's been outstanding when active. He's racked up 105.0 yards from scrimmage per game, averaging a ridiculous 6.1 rushing yards per carry.
Replacements Boston Scott and Corey Clement have averaged 3.8 and 3.5 yards per carry, respectively.
Getting offensive lineman Lane Johnson back should be a big deal as well. Johnson has been on the shelf since Week 7, and the Eagles are 2-2-1 when Johnson suits up this season (and 1-2 in their other three).
Finally getting healthy, the Eagles are 3.5-point road favorites in Week 10 against the New York Giants, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
