Tua Tagovailoa's botched concussion diagnosis stirred up quite the controversy earlier in the season, and it actually caused the league to reevaluate its practices around its concussion protocol.

Tua Tagovailoa Injury Update

Well, in Week 16, Tua suffered et another concussion and now he has officially been ruled for the Dolphins' Week 17 game, according to head coach Mike McDaniel.

McDaniel and the entire Dolphins organization took a boatload of heat after the last of Tua's concussions, and rightfully so. This time around, it was almost a certainty that the team would be as cautious as possible, even with their playoff lives on the line the last two weeks.

The Dolphins are currently sitting in the No. 7 seed in the AFC Playoffs heading into Week 17. Miami is a 2.5-point underdog in Week 17 against the New England Patriots, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's latest NFL odds.
