After being listed as questionable throughout the week, Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson has been ruled active for his Week 6 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.

While it hasn't been quite the explosive start to the season that many were expecting to see from Johnson on the ground, he has made up for it with his production in the receiving game. The Arizona running back has totaled just 264 rushing yards and one touchdown through five games. However, he has been active catching the football, totaling 24 receptions for 247 yards and two touchdowns.

That production has led him to be the No. 7 running back in PPR scoring. He should be active today in the passing game against the Falcons, in what is projected to be a high-scoring game. The over/under is currently set at 52.5 points, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, which means there should be plenty of offense on display.

Johnson has been more effective the past couple weeks, totaling 156 yards last week after 139 in the week prior. Despite a slow start, the Cardinals offense' is beginning to find its groove, which led to the team's first win of the season last week.

After being officially ruled active, Johnson becomes a must-start in this matchup against Atlanta, especially in PPR leagues. Johnson currently ranks as RB4 in our weekly PPR rankings.
