Despite being tied for the seventh-best record in the league, the Los Angeles Clippers remain favorites to win the 2020 NBA Finals. The Clippers are +300 to win the title, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, ahead of the rival Lakers, who are +390.
The Clippers have not been at full strength this season, as their superstar duo of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George have missed a combined 16 games, although both are back on the court now. The team is still off to a solid 11-5 start, tied for third in the Western Conference.
The Lakers, meanwhile, own the best record in the NBA at 13-2. The team is currently riding a six-game winning streak, with their only losses this season coming to the Clippers on opening night and the reigning-champion Toronto Raptors.
The Milwaukee Bucks have the third-best odds to win the title at +550, as they currently sit atop the Eastern Conference with a 12-3 record. The Bucks recently lost Khris Middleton to a thigh injury, but have been rolling right along with Giannis Antetokounmpo on a mission to win his second straight MVP award.
Rounding out the top five in NBA title odds are the Philadelphia 76ers (+700) and Houston Rockets (+800). The 76ers are currently 10-5, good for fifth in the Eastern Conference, and are on a three-game winning streak. The Rockets (11-5) have dropped two rough games against the Denver Nuggets and Clippers, but previously won eight games in a row.
