Chiefs vs Browns Week 1 Odds
FanDuel Sportsbook's Week 1 NFL lines and spreads show the Chiefs as a 5.5-point favorite over the Browns. The moneyline favors Kansas City (-245) over Cleveland (+200) as well.
The Chiefs won their fifth straight AFC West division title last season while going 14-2. Kansas City made it to the Super Bowl for the second straight year, but came up short against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Chiefs' offense is expected to be explosive again led by NFL MVP favorite Patrick Mahomes. Kansas City led the league in total offense last season averaging 415.8 yards per game.
The Browns won 11 games last season and secured a playoff berth for the first time since 2002. Their 48-37 Wild Card win was the Browns' first playoff win since 1994. Cleveland's offense was boosted by a top-five run game that averaged 148.4 yards per contest.
The Chiefs-Browns Week 1 matchup will be one of the most anticipated games to start this season as both teams hope to be Super Bowl contenders in 2021.
