Browns-Steelers Odds Shift Drastically After COVID Outbreak News

The Cleveland Browns just got some very bad news ahead of their Wild Card matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
It looked like they were in the clear from the COVID worries that had been plaguing them over the past few weeks, but Tuesday brought news of a new outbreak.
As a result, the betting odds for this game on FanDuel Sportsbook are shifting dramatically.

Browns-Steelers Odds
On Sunday night when the matchup was made official, the Browns were just 3.5-point road underdogs against their division rivals.
Over the next day and a half, as of Tuesday morning before the news broke, that line had shifted to 4.5 points.
Within just minutes of the COVID news breaking, that line has already jumped another full point, leaving them as 5.5-point underdogs. Their moneyline odds of +210 give them an implied win probability of just 32.3%.
OddsFire reports that 67% of the bets on this game's spread have already come in on the Steelers, and that's only about 10 minute after this latest COVID update broke.
Expect that line to continue shifting as bettors react to the news, especially if either of the two players mentioned in initial report (so far) turn out to be impact guys.
Update (January 5,1:00 p.m. EST): The line has indeed continued to move. The Browns are now full 6-point underdogs with a +240 moneyline. The share of the spread bets going toward the Steelers has jumped to 74%.
