Not only did running back Brandon Bolden find a new home when he signed with the Las Vegas Raiders back in March, but he also reunited with Josh McDaniels. The former New England Patriots offensive coordinator is getting another shot at head coaching and Bolden is excited about it.

Bolden provided an odd analogy to what it will be like playing under McDaniels now that he is completely apart from Bill Belichick. He said the situation is similar to an "older brother babysitting, but now the parents are nowhere around." McDaniels has the opportunity to create his own path in Las Vegas.

Of course, McDaniels struggled to find success during his first head coaching gig in Denver. However, he is taking a completely different approach this time around. The strategy is to avoid attempting to recreate the Patriot Way with the Raiders and have McDaniels put his own spin on things, instead.

"But we're not trying to be New England. We're the Las Vegas Raiders, and that's what we're going to play as."

Las Vegas is hoping McDaniels can take the team to new heights considering the experience he has coaching in the NFL Playoffs. The Raiders haven't won a postseason game since 2002 and were bounced in the Wild Card Round in 2021 by the eventual AFC Champion Cincinnati Bengals.

As for Bolden, he will aim to make an impact as a pass-catching back and special teams contributor on a Raiders squad that has +4000 odds to win Super Bowl 57, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
