Fans can anticipate a high-flying affair when these two juggernauts collide. The 51.5-point total is one of the highest of Week 1 and the two teams shouldn't have an issue hitting the over after finishing 2021 with two of the six best offensive units.

The matchup serves as a good test for the Bills, who've been labeled as contenders in recent years but struggle to get over the playoff hump. They've made some significant improvements this offseason and there's no better game than this one to put them to the test.

Meanwhile, the Rams are going to want to start off their championship defense with a victory. They lost, 35-32, the last time they faced the Bills, but that was back in 2020 and Los Angeles is a lot stronger now with Matthew Stafford leading the offense.
