Friday's NBA schedule has nine games, including an exciting clash between the Dallas Mavericks and Memphis Grizzlies. The Grizzlies are a 2-point home favorite and the over/under is set at 215 points.

Here's three of the best prop bets for the Mavericks-Grizzlies game, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.

Mavericks vs Grizzlies Prop Bets

1. Desmond Bane - Points: Over 17.5 (-106)

The Grizzlies are the hottest team in the NBA and Desmond Bane's efforts on the score sheet have been a major reason why. The former TCU standout has poured in at least 20 points in four of his last six games played and has boosted his scoring average on the year up to 17.6. More importantly, Bane is consistently playing over 30 minutes a night and now gets to face a Dallas defense that ranks right in the middle of the pack when it comes to opponent shooting percentage (45.5%). Bane has proven that he is not afraid to take shots when they are open. Trust him to keep it going on Friday night.

2. Luka Doncic - Rebounds: Under 8.5 (-130)

Two-time All-Star Luka Doncic has been up-and-down so far this season. However, he has been rebounding well over his last two games posting a combined 25 boards. It's important to point out the matchup at hand though. Memphis allows the lowest opponent defensive rebounding percentage in the NBA (71.1%) and gives up the 10th-fewest total rebounds overall (51.4). This over/under is set right at Doncic's season average, which makes it hard to believe that he can outperform a great rebounding Grizzlies team all on his own. Take the under.

3. Ja Morant - Assists: Over 6.5 (-142)

Bettors not afraid to take on a little juice should target Ja Morant's assist prop tonight. The 22-year-old has been playing like an MVP candidate as of late and his best work may come from setting up his teammates. Morant has posted at least 6 assists in seven straight games and logged 7+ in five of those contests. Dallas is going to attempt to slow down this game as it plays at the second-lowest pace in the NBA. If Morant can figure out how to create possessions, he should have no trouble dishing out seven assists. The playmaker has been playing out of his mind over Memphis' 11-game winning streak.
