Kansas City Chiefs superstar wide receiver Tyreek Hill made one of the most improbable catches of the year last night, but it didn't count. While replay eventually revealed that the would-be TD somehow landed in Hill's hands before hitting the ground, head coach Andy Reid elected to punt the ball rather than challenge the play.

And Reid revealed a pretty funny reason as to why he didn't toss the red flag.

Apparently, Hill said he didn't catch the ball. This feels like the first time in NFL history that a wide receiver caught a potential TD and didn't immediately get up to demand a challenge.

Ultimately, the decision proved to be more impactful for Hill's fantasy managers than the Chiefs themselves. Kansas City went on to defeat the Denver Broncos, 19-16.

Now sitting at 11-1, Kansas City is currently favored to win the Super Bowl at +260, per FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL futures.
