Things are not going well in Green Bay. For the first time in his 18-year NFL career, Rodgers and his Packers own a sub-.500 record through the first seven weeks of the season. Green Bay fell to 3-4 after another shocking loss to the Washington Commanders in Week 7.

It's hard to imagine what's going through the mind of a future Hall of Famer during these struggles, especially after the team left his favorite wide receiver Davante Adams walk away in the offseason. Rodgers gave us a glimpse into his current mindset during his appearance on the Pat McAfee show.

Visibly frustrated, Rodgers actually sent a threat out to some of his teammates.

The four-time MVP discussed a concerning amount of mental errors his teammates currently make, saying they are "routinely making double-digit mental errors." In comparison, Rodgers said that number sat "at most, seven" in previous years.

Then came the threat. "Guys who are making too many mistakes shouldn't be playing. Gotta start cutting some reps."

Rodgers is clearly upset with his current situations. Perhaps this is a motivational tool for his teammates, but the superstar QB has to know this quote will get around the locker room at some point before Week 8.

Green Bay is in danger of falling to 3-5 when they visit the Buffalo Bills in Week 8. FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds project the Packers as 10.5-point underdogs.
