T.Y. Hilton has absolutely dominated the Houston Texans over the course of his career. In fact, Hilton's career numbers against the Texans alone would likely be good enough to earn him All-Pro honors this season.
On the heels of this Joseph-Hilton conversation, I have to share this: Hilton's career numbers vs HOU:

14 games, 76 recs, 1,445 yds, 9 TDs, 103.2 ypg.
That's a Pro Bowl season in itself. Only one active receiver (Julio Jones) has bigger totals vs a single team (Bucs).
In just 14 games against the Texans, Hilton has amassed 76 receptions for 1,445 yards and nine touchdowns. If we average those numbers out over a full 16-game season, Hilton would've put up around 86 receptions for 1,651 yards and 10 touchdowns. That pace would've made Hilton the NFL's second-leading receiver this season, behind only the Falcons' Julio Jones.
And Hilton has been particularly effective against the Texans this season. He decimated Houston's secondary for 115 yards back in September and followed that game up with an absurd 199-yard performance in December.
As if this matchup couldn't get any juicier, Hilton's playoff numbers are also extremely encouraging. The star wide receiver has played six games in his postseason career, and has averaged six receptions for 100.7 yards per game. In other words, expect Andrew Luck to target Hilton early and often on Saturday.
These numbers should have people clamoring to get Hilton in their fantasy lineups this week, but his owners should be aware that Hilton has been dealing with a nagging ankle injury for weeks.
TY Hilton's injury has been severe enough, says coach Frank Reich, that if this were earlier in the season the Colts would've sat him for a Sunday or two. Says a lot about what he's gritted through the last month.

All in all, If Hilton is playing this weekend, he should be in for another massive game. Fantasy owners should monitor the wide receiver's status, but if it looks like Hilton is good-to-go as a WR1 in DFS and fantasy playoff leagues this week.
