Week 15 of the NFL season is upon us, and for most people that means they're only one win away from reaching the fantasy football championship. If you've been streaming defenses all season, you know that home teams typically have a distinct advantage, so that's what we're going to stick with in this do-or-die week of fantasy football.

Here are three home teams that are all viable streaming options for Week 15 of the fantasy football playoffs.

3. Atlanta Falcons vs. Arizona Cardinals

Admittedly, the Falcons' defense (available in 83 percent of Yahoo! fantasy football leagues) hasn't been very good this season. But this addition is more about their opponent in the Arizona Cardinals, who will be coming across the country to play an earlier game than they're used to. Not to mention, Atlanta gets the benefit of playing in front of their own fans – a slight upgrade for them in that regard. If you're desperate for a D/ST this week, the Falcons could be your answer.

2. New York Giants vs. Tennessee Titans

Last week, the Giants' defense (available in 72 percent of Yahoo! fantasy football leagues) went bananas against the Redskins, a team that had Mark Sanchez (Mr. Butt Fumble) under center. On Sunday, it won't be quite as much of an advantage, but it is telling that the Giants opened up as 3-point favorites in this one, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. It's also worth mentioning that the Giants have posted at least 16 fantasy points in two straight games.

1. Buffalo Bills vs. Detroit Lions

Despite the Bills' offense putting their defense at a disadvantage for much of the season, the D/ST (available in 50 percent of Yahoo! fantasy football leagues) ranks third in Defense-Adjusted Value Over Average (DVOA), a Football Outsiders' trademarked stat. The Lions' offensive line isn't equipped to handle the Bills' front seven, so there should be plenty of pressure on Lions QB Matthew Stafford throughout the afternoon. When looking for a defense, creating pressure is a great way to go, since each sack is worth a point in standard leagues. The Bills are a top-10 defense facing a team in Detroit that gives up the ninth most fantasy points to the D/ST position. Now that sounds like a match made in fantasy football heaven.
