The Cincinnati Reds will be non-tendering outfielder Billy Hamilton by the Friday night deadline of 8:00 p.m. EST, thus making him eligible for free agency. There are sure to be plenty of teams coveting his dazzling defense and the speed that he brings to the table, so let's take a look at four teams that are good potential fits for Hamilton this offseason.

The D-Backs could have a very real need in their outfield if A.J. Pollock decides to bolt the desert via free agency this offseason. It would certainly be a new look from what they're accustomed to out in centerfield, but Hamilton's speed plays in any lineup. Not to mention, Hamilton's range could be especially beneficial in defending that spacious outfield at Chase Field.

With Yoenis Cespedes seemingly always on the disabled list and Jay Bruce likely heading to Seattle in the Robinson Cano/Edwin Diaz deal, the Mets could suddenly have a need in their outfield. Shortstop Amed Rosario did some good things as the team's leadoff hitter to close out 2018, but Hamilton could provide a boost there as well.
2. Cleveland Indians

It'd be incredibly sneaky of the Indians to keep Hamilton in the state of Ohio, especially with the team looking to move away from All-Star outfielder Michael Brantley. Adding Hamilton would give Cleveland a serious 1-2-3 punch of Hamilton, Francisco Lindor, and Jose Ramirez at the top of their lineup, which would be a nightmare for opposing teams to deal with on the base paths.

AT&T Park is typically where hitters' power goes to die, but luckily for Hamilton he doesn't have to worry about that. In fact, this park is perfect for him to do some serious damage -- if Hamilton can put balls into the spacious outfield gaps, he could run for days and days. In addition, his speed would help cover all of that ground on defense.
