Best Fantasy Football Trophy and Championship Belt Ideas

As the fantasy football playoffs approach, it's once again time for the champions to be crowned. For many leagues, this means not only bragging rights but some bling as well. Whether that's just some cash or a full on trophy, everyone's got something they're playing for. However, some leagues stand above the rest when it comes to hardware, here are six of the best fantasy football trophies out there.

7. The Marble Eagle

@ChrisRicetopher

Sometimes it's all about simplicity and this trophy doesn't go over the top while also looking cool. It's just a marble eagle on a base that awards the "coach of the year" which is a clever way of declaring someone the fantasy football champion. There are gaudier trophies out there, but this one just has a nice sleekness to it.

6. Leaning Tower of Football

@evanFmoore

Speaking of massive fantasy football trophies, this might be the largest one in existence. It probably would have been cool enough with just the initial trophy atop the wood base, but then they went ever further beyond and a helmet plaque and a football on-top of that. I'm not sure where you'd put this in your house, or how you'd even get it in there, but it certainly is a prize worth winning your league for.

5. Thor's Hammer

@BradTerboss

This is another trophy on the short list for most unique idea. It's a wooden replica of Thor's Hammer complete with a handle and everything. The hammer itself is used for names of the winners and hopefully there's room for plaques on the other sides. Still the idea itself is fantastic and it's the only Hammer trophy I've ever seen.

4. Armchair Quarterback

@CraigP17

This is one of the more common league trophies compared to some of the others, but that doesn't make it any less cool. The top really captures what it's like to coach a fantasy football team and the bottom is customizable with spots for a winners. You can't go wrong with the armchair quarterback.

3. The Iron Throne

@arik_forsman

This is probably the best the fantasy football trophy ever made. It's a replica of the Iron Throne from Game of Thrones atop a plaque that says the "King In the North." Unfortunately no one has ever actually won the trophy because you need to win two years in a row to get it. Still looks unbelievably cool though.

2. The Golden Lombardi

@jb_2_me

Lots of league's have some rendition of the Lombardi as their prize, but these guys went above and beyond, getting a golden football place atop a massive wood base. There's also spots for 48 years worth of winners on the sides meaning that it'll be around for quite a while.

1. The Championship Belt

@iammickloven

What greater feeling is there than pinning your Week 16 opponent into submission, climbing up  to the top rope, and raising your hands to the sky with the title belt in tow? I have one of these hanging on my desk, and it makes walking into work each day an absolute pleasure. Perhaps the greatest part of all, is that the belt is acceptable to wear in any setting amongst friends. You can't do that with a miniature Lombardi Trophy.
