I think it's safe most of us didn't see Buffalo Bills third-string quarterback Matt Barkley leading Buffalo to a 41-10 beatdown over the New York Jets.

But I think it's even safe to say almost no one saw Barkley outperforming three of the best fantasy quarterbacks in the league Sunday. Especially a list of quarterbacks that features the likes of Tom Brady, Cam Newton, and Matthew Stafford.

We're talking about a former fourth-round, 2013 NFL Draft pick, who's now been a part of seven NFL franchises in his first five seasons in the league. And this is the same guy that looked like one of the best QBs the Bills have seen in years after leading Buffalo to a 31-3 halftime lead Sunday.

Barkley finished the day with two touchdowns, no interceptions, and 232 passing yards, completing 15-of-25 passes for 117.4 quarterback rating.

There's a strong possibility that this kind of performance and production from a guy as under the radar as Barkley was a simple product of adding a less-than-stellar Jets defense with a one-game sample size, but as of Week 10 for the Bills, there appears to be a sliver of hope in Buffalo.
