The job is Fitzpatrick's to lose, and while everyone expects him to relinquish the role sooner than later, he will have a tough time on a short week against a stingy Chicago Bears defense in Week 4. The Bucs have a bye in Week 5 before facing the Atlanta Falcons on the road.
