The Atlanta Falcons struggled for much of 2019, but head coach Dan Quinn kept his job after winning four straight to end the season at 7-9. During the offseason, the Falcons made significant changes to the roster on offense and defense.

With many new faces on the team, there is bound to be significant competition. Here are three starters who could lose their spots in 2020.

1. Foyesade Oluokun, LB

After letting leading tackler De'Vondre Campbell go in free agency, the Falcons are turning to unproven linebacker Foyesade Oluokun to start in 2020. Oluokun had 62 tackles last year and started three games, but he hasn't played much of a role in his first two seasons. Oluokun will also be competing with fourth-round pick Mychal Walker, who will look to make an early impact.

2. Isaiah Oliver, CB

When the Falcons cut Desmond Trufant, they put a huge amount of pressure on their cornerback group. Isaiah Oliver was a reliable contributor in the secondary last year. However, he struggled with penalties at times and is a question mark heading into 2020 with first-round pick A.J. Terrell now on the roster. Kendall Sheffield could also put himself into the mix.

3. Ryan Allen, P

The Falcons had five different punters in 2019, which was obviously not a great situation for their special teams unit. The confusion has continued through the offseason, as former New England Patriots punter Ryan Allen has been signed four different times since November 2019. He's likely to go into the year with a shot at the starting job, but he averaged a career low in yards per punt in 2019 and now has competition from seventh-round pick Sterling Hofrichter from Syracuse.
