Monday's NBA schedule has 10 games, including an exciting clash between the Memphis Grizzlies and Brooklyn Nets. The Nets are a 6.5-point home favorite and the over/under is set at 228.5 points.

Here's three of the best prop bets for the Grizzlies-Nets game, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.

Grizzlies-Nets Prop Bets

1. James Harden - Points: Over 26.5 (-118)

James Harden has come back from his four-game absence in December with a vengeance. The nine-time All-Star has racked up at least 33 points in each of his last four games played and is taking over on the offensive side of the ball. More importantly, Harden is getting to the free throw line at a much higher rate than he was at the beginning of the season. That's going to come in handy against a Memphis defense that ranks in the bottom half of the league in opponent free throws attempted per game (20.9). Ride Harden's hot streak and back the Beard to score at least 27 tonight.

2. Ja Morant - Assists: Under 6.5 (-108)

This number is right on par with Ja Morant's assists mark this season (6.6), but he draws a tough matchup against a stout Brooklyn defense. The Nets are allowing the fourth-fewest opponent assists per game in the NBA (22.2) and have posted the fifth-best defensive efficiency mark as well. Morant is hit-or-miss when it comes to his assist props lately. While his scoring has been taking a step up, the third-year pro has topped 6.5 assists in just three of his last six games played. This does not line up to be the game in which Morant dishes the ball out on every possession. Back the under here.

3. First Quarter Total Points: Over 55.5 (-102)

Both the Grizzlies and the Nets feature offenses that love to get things going right out of the gate. In fact, these two teams have combined to hit the first quarter over in 39 of their last 67 games played this season. Brooklyn ranks second in the NBA when it comes to first quarter points per game (29.2), while Memphis isn't too far behind in sixth (28.5). Keep in mind that both of these teams also play at a top-10 pace. There is going to be a ton of opportunities to score and that should lead at least 56 points being posted in the first quarter.
