The NFL season has come and gone, but it's never too early to start looking ahead to next year. Kansas City Chiefs' quarterback Patrick Mahomes is the reigning Super Bowl MVP, and he's now also favored to win the NFL MVP award for the second time in three seasons, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

Mahomes is currently available at +380, topping 2019-20 MVP Lamar Jackson and Russell Wilson, who are both tied at +600.

Following the top three, Deshaun Watson (+1000), Dak Prescott (+1600), Carson Wentz (+1600) and Drew Brees (+1600) are in the next tier of MVP favorites.

Notably, quarterbacks make up the top 13 players by the odds, with the first non-QB, Derrick Henry, being tied for the 13th-best odds at +4400.

These odds are surely to continue changing as the offseason progresses, but for now, Mahomes is the clear-cut favorite to win his second MVP award in his first three seasons as the starter in Kansas City.
