Would You Rather: Own Bilal Powell or Le'Veon Bell for Rest of 2019 Fantasy Football Season

Like a fantasy football zombie, Bilal Powell is back on the scene after playing a big role in the New York Jets' win over the Washington Redskins in Week 11. His success on Sunday raises the question which Jets running back you would rather own for fantasy: Powell or Le'Veon Bell?
Le'Veon Bell set a season-lows in snap rate (55%) and share of RB carries (58%) yesterday.

Bell had been dealing with a couple injuries prior to this game, so it's not too surprising to see some of his heavy workload lightened, especially in a game that the Jets controlled throughout.
The majority of the carries still went to Bell, as he carried the ball 18 times for 59 yards and a touchdown. He also caught two passes for 33 yards.
The surprising thing was Powell essentially rising up for the dead to play a significant role in this game, and that he produced well in that role. He carried the ball seven times for 42 yards, adding another five yards through the air on two targets.
Le'Veon Bell making fantasy owners across the land happy with a pile-on 1-yard TD to make it 34-3.

Dear lord, the Redskins are horrible.
Bell is still the clear lead back in the Jets' offense when he's healthy, but with his recent injuries it becomes important to identify his handcuff. While Ty Montgomery filled that role early in the season, this performance shows Powell has jumped Montgomery on the depth chart, making him the most valuable RB in the backfield if Bell were to miss any time.
