Coming off a short week thanks to a rare Tuesday Night Football game, the Tennessee Titans will host the Houston Texans in Week 6. These AFC South offenses boast a handful of strong fantasy football options, making this an intriguing matchup for fantasy managers.

If you need some fantasy help in this one, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 6 showdown.

Who Should I Start Fantasy Football?

Start Brandin Cooks, WR, Houston Texans: Brandin Cooks' Week 5 explosion may have been aided by a soft matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but there's plenty of reason to be excited about his fantasy outlook moving forward. Cooks' big day came with a big workload of 12 targets, and his 33 targets on the year are actually a team-high.

Start Jonnu Smith, TE, Tennessee Titans: There haven't been a lot of great tight ends for fantasy football this season, making Jonnu Smith's workload especially exciting. He has racked up 18 receptions on 27 targets across four games, and he checks in at TE3 with an average of 17.5 PPR fantasy points per game.

Sit Randall Cobb, WR, Houston Texans: Outside of Cooks, most of the Texans' players are either obvious "starts" (Deshaun Watson, David Johnson, Will Fuller) or not even on many fantasy football rosters (Duke Johnson, Jordan Atkins). The only one really on the fence is Randall Cobb, and he should be left on the bench. His 6 receptions in Week 5 were solid, but he's also yet to see more than 6 targets in a game this season and has only hit even 11 PPR fantasy points in one of five contests.

Sit Ryan Tannehill, QB, Tennessee Titans: The Houston D has been surprisingly solid against the pass in 2020, ranking 12th in Football Outsiders' pass defense DVOA metric. Ryan Tannehill has been outstanding, but playing in a tough matchup while A.J. Brown is still nursing an injury makes him a risky start in Week 6.
