The Buffalo Bills will look to try to gain full control of the AFC East division when they host the Washington Football Team in Week 3 NFL action. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Bills slated as 8.5-point home favorites, which means they could run away with it in the second half.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 3 showdown.

Antonio Gibson Fantasy

Start Antonio Gibson, RB, Washington Football Team: This is a tough matchup for anyone on Washington's offense, so looking at volume is important. Running back Antonio Gibson has seen at least 15 touches and played in over 60% of the offensive snaps in each of the first two games of the season. The second-year back is averaging 4.8 yards per carry, but he hasn't gotten into the end zone yet. Expect that to change in Week 3. The Bills gave up 14 rushing touchdowns during the 2020 season, which tied for the eighth-highest mark in the NFL. Fantasy managers can feel confident about keeping Gibson in the starting lineup.

Josh Allen Fantasy

Start Josh Allen, QB, Buffalo Bills: It has not been a stellar start to the season for a popular MVP pick in quarterback Josh Allen. He has thrown for just 479 yards and 3 touchdowns through the first two games. However, Allen now gets to face a Washington defense that has underperformed a bit in 2021. It has allowed the 13th-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks thus far. Daniel Jones also just diced this defense up on the ground last week (9 carries for 95 yards and 1 TD), so Allen could do some real damage as a rusher. This matchup might not end up being quite as tough as it looks.

Taylor Heinicke Fantasy

Sit Taylor Heinicke, QB, Washington Football Team: The Bills' defense has been nothing short of dominant to start the 2021 season. In fact, Buffalo has given up the fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks as well as just 234.0 yards of offense per game. That spells bad news for Washington quarterback Taylor Heinicke in what is only his fourth career NFL start. Heinicke played well in Week 2, but he was facing a New York Giants team that has posted the 10th-worst DVOA rating so far this season. This is a game in which Washington will have to run the ball if it wants any chance of staying in it. Keep Heinicke on the bench for now.

Emmanuel Sanders Fantasy

Sit Emmanuel Sanders, WR, Buffalo Bills: It has become clear over the first two weeks of the season that Emmanuel Sanders is the No. 3 wide receiver in Buffalo. Of course, Stefon Diggs is always going to see targets. Cole Beasley has also seen more work racking up 17 targets compared to Sanders' 14. Overall, the veteran pass-catcher has hauled in 6 receptions for 100 yards through the first two weeks. That isn't enough production to warrant a FLEX start in any league format. Washington ranks in the middle of the pack against wide receivers, but Sanders needs a much more favorable matchup to shine.
