Week 14 Fantasy Picks: Start 'Em, Sit 'Em for Bills vs Buccaneers
By Larry Rupp

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will aim to stay undefeated at home this season when they welcome the Buffalo Bills to town in Week 14 NFL action. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Buccaneers slated as 3-point favorites in a game that is sure to have an impact in the playoff race.
If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 14 showdown.
Dawson Knox Fantasy
Start Dawson Knox, TE, Buffalo Bills: While tight end Dawson Knox had some crucial drops in Buffalo's Week 12 loss to the New England Patriots, he saw at least 6 targets for the second time in his last three games. The third-year pro remains quarterback Josh Allen's go-to target in the red zone and has scored 7 touchdowns on the year. Keep in mind that the Buccaneers are allowing the ninth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing TEs this season, which includes 75 receptions (No. 30 in NFL). The Bills are going to have to score in order to keep up in this game and that bodes well for Knox's fantasy outlook. He is a reliable TE1 this week.
Rob Gronkowski Fantasy
Start Rob Gronkowski, TE, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: The numbers here speak for themselves. Rob Gronkowski ranks as the No. 2 TE over the last three weeks after racking up 252 yards and 2 touchdowns on 17 receptions (25 targets). His connection with quarterback Tom Brady is as evident as ever. With a point total set at 53.5 points, there are going to be some touchdowns scored in this game. Gronkowski has seen 10 red zone targets on the season and lines up as a mismatch given his size (6-foot-6, 265 pounds). Fantasy managers can feel comfortable starting him this week despite the difficult matchup.
Zack Moss & Devin Singletary Fantasy
Sit Zack Moss & Devin Singletary, RB, Buffalo Bills: The Bills went back to using a running back by committee approach last week as both Zack Moss and Devin Singletary saw 10 touches out of the backfield. It limits any kind of upside either player has heading into a nightmare matchup against the Buccaneers. Tampa Bay is allowing 84.3 rushing yards per game (No. 2 in NFL) and has given up just 6 rushing touchdowns to opposing RBs this season. Look for head coach Sean McDermott to lean on the passing game here. That makes both of these running backs sit candidates on Sunday.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers D/ST Fantasy
Sit Tampa Bay Buccaneers D/ST: The Tampa Bay defensive unit has been on fire as of late, racking up 9 takeaways and 10 sacks over the last three games. They rank as the No. 3 D/ST in fantasy scoring during that span, but run into an offensive juggernaut in Week 14. The Bills rank among the top ten NFL teams in both total yards (376.0) and points (28.0) per game this season. The Buccaneers have also been susceptible to playing in some shootouts this season and have given up at least 29 points in a game five different times in 2021. It'd be smart to avoid starting them this week and stream a different D/ST instead.
