Week 11 of the NFL season features an NFC West clash between the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Cardinals as 1.5-point road favorites in this one.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 11 showdown.

James Conner Fantasy

Start James Conner, RB, Arizona Cardinals: James Conner remains a rock-solid play as long as Chase Edmonds is out. Conner put up 15.4 PPR points in Week 10 despite just 10 rushing attempts thanks to a score in a blowout loss. Now he draws a Seahawks defense giving up the seventh-most rushing yards per game and second-most PPR points to RBs (30.93) this season. Arizona's offense will likely be back at full strength in this game, and they could dominate a struggling Seattle team. That may lead to plenty of work on the ground for Conner against a vulnerable run defense.

D.K. Metcalf Fantasy

Start D.K. Metcalf, WR, Seattle Seahawks: D.K. Metcalf is the Seahawks' only weapon worth trusting right now. He had a down performance in Wilson's first game back last Sunday, but Metcalf averaged 8.3 targets, 5.0 receptions and 71.3 yards with 3 TDs over the pair's first four games this season. The wideout tied for the team high in targets last week with 8, so he'll see plenty of volume. If Wilson can shake off the rust, Metcalf should rebound.

A.J. Green Fantasy

Sit A.J. Green, WR, Arizona Cardinals: A.J Green had a chance to show out with DeAndre Hopkins out and the Arizona Cardinals trailing last week. Instead he turned 5 targets into 1 reception for 4 yards. Hopkins is expected to return in Week 11, which would limit Green's upside in a passing attack that also features Conner, Christian Kirk, Rondale Moore and Zach Ertz. Green remains a boom-or-bust option at best in this crowded receiving corps.

Russell Wilson Fantasy

Sit Russell Wilson, QB, Seattle Seahawks: Russell Wilson showed all kinds of rust in his return following a three-game absence. Things won't get any easier against this defense. Arizona is No. 4 in Football Outsiders' pass-defense DVOA metric, No. 5 in fewest passing yards allowed per game, and No. 3 in fewest fantasy points allowed to QBs this season. Wilson fantasy managers will need to wait another week at minimum before trusting him as a starter again.
