VIDEO: Robby Anderson and DJ Moore Have Hilarious Conversation About Panthers Mascot

Robby Anderson is new to the Carolina Panthers for the 2020 season after signing a free-agent deal with them during the offseason. Therefore his Week 1 game was probably his first exposure to the team's mascot, a panther named "Sir Purr."
However, Anderson might need to brush up on his animal identification and context clues skills, because he incorrectly identified Sir Purr as a bear.
When he asked Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore about Sir Purr, Moore was understandably confused. The conversation that then ensued was nothing short of hilarious.
Robby Anderson: What’s that bear doing?

DJ Moore: Bear????
Robby: Panther
DJ: That’s Sir Purr, Bro
Robby: Y’all call him that?
Me: ????? pic.twitter.com/rbU9mN2yns
Anderson seemed shocked at the mascot's name. Although, it was only Week 1 and we'll give Anderson a pass just this one time while he gets acclimated to his new city, new team and new mascot, something his last team, the New York Jets, did not have.
