Missing football with the sports world on hold? Minnesota Vikings fans can fill the void by throwing it back with some amazing Dalvin Cook high school football highlights from 2013!

Playing at Miami Central High School, Cook's immense potential was on display from a young age.

Dalvin Cook High School Highlights

In high school, Cook was both a top football player, being named Mr. Florida Football in 2013 while also ranking as one of the state's top sprinters. He rushed for a total of 4,267 yards and 64 touchdowns at Miami Central.

After initially committing to Clemson and alluding to a move to the University of Florida, Cook ultimately attended Florida State, where he continued to dominate. In three years he rushed for 4,464 yards and 46 touchdowns, averaging a ridiculous 6.5 yards per carry, while adding 935 yards as a receiver as well. He is one of the greatest running backs in Florida State history.

It took some time for Cook to get his legs under him after being selected in the second round by the Minnesota Vikings in the 2017 NFL Draft, as he dealt with injury issues through his first two seasons. He finally broke out in 2019, though, racking up 1,654 yards from scrimmage with 13 touchdowns. Vikings fans have to be excited to get another healthy season out of him in 2020.
