D.K. Metcalf came into the 2019 NFL Draft riding one of the biggest hype trains for a big-bodied, athletic wide receiver in recent memory. Projected to go as high as a top-10 pick by multiple draft analysts at one point in time, he ended up falling to the late second round with the Seattle Seahawks due to a history of injury concerns.

But, oh boy, did that gamble pay off for the Seahawks during his rookie season, as Metcalf's athleticism transcended those concerns through some serious production and value already.

So, how does someone with the athleticism and talent of Metcalf keep it all together? Well, just take one look at the video above and you'll have your answer.

The way in which he continuously reaches the height necessary to clear those hurdling obstacles with a sideways motion is unlike any other training regimen I've ever seen before.

Metcalf looks to expand an impressive rookie campaign that saw him haul in 900 yards on 58 receptions and seven touchdowns last year.
