VIDEO: Colts Lineman Looks Impressive Working Out With Robert Mathis

Quick hands can separate the good linemen from the great ones in the NFL. Indianapolis Colts' former second-round draft pick Kemoko Turay knows that, and he has been working hard to improve his technique this Summer.
Great workout with Robert Mathis .. still Continue to get me to be the pass rusher he wants me to be.. #elite hand to hands combat pic.twitter.com/EYzgekuET9

It's nice to have Robert Mathis as a teacher. The five-time Pro Bowler won AFC Defensive Player of the Year in 2013, and had 123.0 total sacks throughout his career. Turay only has 5.0 so far, but hard work and dedication are the best ways to change that.
It appears that Turay slaps Mathis' pad every single time in this intensive high-speed hands drill, although he comes close to missing once or twice. This is no easy feat, and Turay's improvement has to excite Colts fans.
Big fan of this Colts design concept ?https://t.co/JK4yUUUqPs

This franchise added Philip Rivers in March and is in win-now mode in 2020, but they need better play on the defensive side. New defensive tackle DeForest Buckner should help, but Indy also needs an edge rusher they can rely on. Turay is looking to be the man that fills the void.
