With six teams on bye, including the New England Patriots, Houston Texans and Philadelphia Eagles, there's a good chance you'll need to find a starting quarterback off the waiver wire in Week 10.

With that in mind, here are the best QB streaming options, owned in fewer than 50 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues, to target in Week 10.

1. Derek Carr, Oakland Raiders (46%)

Derek Carr has been surprisingly efficient under Jon Gruden this season, completing 71.2 percent of his passes (No. 2 in the NFL) while tossing 13 touchdowns to four interceptions. He'll face the Los Angeles Chargers this week, and while it's not exactly an ideal matchup, Carr has been red hot lately, averaging 19.6 fantasy points across his last three starts. Carr doesn't have the highest ceiling, but he's a pretty safe start on a week-to-week basis.

2. Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans (24% Owned)

Don't look now, but Ryan Tannehill has been playing some of the best football of his career since taking over for Marcus Mariota. He's the only player in the league completing a higher percentage of his passes than Carr (71.8), and Tannehill is averaging 278.7 yards and 2.0 TDs per game across his three starts. Tannehill draws a relatively soft matchup against a Kansas City Chiefs team that has surrendered top-10 fantasy production to opposing QBs.

3. Daniel Jones, New York Giants (29% Owned)

Daniel Jones has been inconsistent this season, but he draws a matchup against the New York Jets this week, which is about as good as you could hope for. NYJ is the eighth-worst passing defense in the league, according to Football Outsiders' DVOA rankings. Jones' two best games of the year came against similarly ineffective secondaries, in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Detroit Lions, as both units rank in the bottom-12 in that metric. The rookie's rushing ability also increases his floor on a week-to-week basis, as he's averaged 34.0 rushing yards per game across his last three.
